School Placements

School Placements

We specialize in school placement positions throughout the school year and summer, providing exceptional care for students with a wide range of needs and diagnoses. Our focus is on delivering personalized support where it’s needed most—within the school setting and beyond. We understand that every student has unique care requirements, which is why we offer two flexible staffing options. Some of our nurses are dedicated solely to be contracted for school care, ensuring consistent and reliable support during school hours. Others are available to follow the student from home to school, offering a seamless transition and uninterrupted care.

Our services extend to various needs and diagnoses, complex medical needs such as G-tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, cerebral palsy, chromosomal anomalies, muscular dystrophy, respiratory failure, type 1 diabetes, autism, and seizure disorders. This comprehensive approach ensures continuity of care tailored to each student’s individual needs.

In addition to nursing, we are actively seeking school-based physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, therapy assistants, and special education teachers. These professionals play a vital role in supporting special education students who need extra assistance across various aspects of daily living—whether physical, developmental, or communicative. Your support can make a lasting impact on a student’s growth, independence, and overall school experience.

We are also looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals within the school setting. This role is essential in creating a structured, compassionate, and effective behavioral support system for students.

Paraprofessionals are an essential part of the educational team, and we are actively seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to fill these roles. Whether working one-on-one or in small group settings, paraprofessionals provide valuable support to students who need extra guidance throughout the school day. They assist lead teachers with instructional duties, classroom organization, behavior management, and the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). For students with special needs, a paraprofessional can be a consistent source of encouragement and stability, helping to reinforce learning and build confidence. Their support not only benefits the individual student but also enhances the learning environment for the entire classroom by promoting inclusion, improving focus, and allowing teachers to better meet the diverse needs of all students.

Our team is supported by a reliable and compassionate network, offering 24/7 assistance to ensure both our staff and the students we care for are fully supported at all times. If you're driven to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with diverse needs, we’d be honored to have you join our team. And if you're a family in need of support, we're here to help you navigate the care your child deserves—every step of the way.
